The remote control has three modes:
1. ON-OFF
On the first press of the button the corresponding channel opens, and on the second press, it closes.
2. Push On.
Channel remains open as long as you hold the corresponding button of the controller.
3. Toggle.
Only one channel at a time may stay open. Only the corresponding channel will stay on,  the others will switch off.
In this remote control, you can program the operation of each channel independently.
So you can have as many channels as you want ON-OFF while the rest are Push On.
This remote control  has a super heterodyne receiver and not a regenerative one that most remote controls have.
Therefore you have a greater range and rejection of interferences, which the regenerative remote controls do not have.
