TIME SETTING: 0- 99 MINUTES (upon request it can be done for hours). 
 It can be set to have an output when the time reaches zero ( down timer ), or when the time reaches a predetermined value that we have programmed ( up timer ). 
 The setting remains even if we remove the power supply ( no Back up battery required ).
